Upfitter Supply Company · How It Works

One desk. Parts in. Surplus out.

Right now a PIU is on a lift somewhere, waiting on one bracket. Three counties over, that exact bracket has been sitting on a shelf since March. Neither one knows the other exists.

Our whole job is that distance.

The Desk
Need a part · the buying side

Source a part

A build that is 95 percent done is still a vehicle that cannot leave. When one missing piece is the holdup, put it on our board and go back to work.

  • New, OEM, discontinued, or clean used, we chase all of it
  • You set the urgency and we work at that speed
  • You hear back once, with a number and a date you can plan on

Move surplus

Equipment comes off vehicles and jobs change scope. What gets left behind still has a buyer, they just cannot see your shelf. We can.

  • Name your number, we never sell below it
  • Your listing meets every matching request that hits the desk
  • Nothing up front, we earn on the sale or not at all

What happens after you hit send

1

A code, instantly

The second you hit send, a tracking code is on your screen. It follows the request everywhere it goes, and it is all you ever need.

2

The desk goes to work

A person, not a queue. Buyer requests go in front of the right suppliers, and listings get held up against every need that comes in.

3

The network answers

Shops and dealers across the region reply from their inbox in one click, with what they have on hand and what they want for it.

4

You hear back once

Buyers get a single answer they can plan around. Sellers get a buyer and a payout. The tracking page shows the status the whole way.

Where this is headed

The desk is day one.

Every request and every listing teaches this network something. Here is what we are building on top of it.

A live market

A real-time board where the network’s inventory is visible as it moves. Parts listed, claimed, and shipped in the open, with the desk still standing behind every trade.

In build

Live stats for every buyer

Your own numbers, on demand: which parts you buy, how often you buy them, and what they run you, so reordering stops being guesswork and budget season stops being archaeology.

In build

A logistics network, nationwide

Supplier shelves and freight lanes linked across the country, and then past it. Wherever the part sits, the desk can reach it, route it, and land it in days.

Straight answers

Who can use this?

Anyone. The specialty is emergency and government fleet equipment, which means we know the parts, the vendors, and the paperwork. The desk itself is open to shops, dealers, municipalities, and individuals alike.

What does buying cost?

The number we quote is the number you pay. Sourcing is free to use, and our margin lives inside the quote, never on top of it.

What does selling cost?

Nothing up front. You set your price, and our commission only exists on a completed sale.

How fast can you move?

As fast as the urgency you set. A unit that is out of service gets worked the hour it lands, ahead of everything else on the board.

Do you handle agency purchasing?

Yes. Formal quotes, purchase orders, and the procurement paper trail your finance office expects are part of the service, not an exception to it.

Who handles shipping?

We do. For buyers it is built into the quote. For sellers, we coordinate pickup or drop-off once the sale closes.

What shape are used parts in?

Every listing states its condition, and we confirm it before anything ships. If a part is not what we said it was, making it right is on us.

Do I need an account?

No. A tracking code runs the whole process, and an account number is created for you automatically. Suppliers who want requests in their inbox can join the network.

Which side of the desk are you on?

Thirty seconds either way, and it is on our board.
