The work is brutal enough. We are building something to help.

This industry is niche. Parts are hard to find, good technicians are hard to find, and everyone is usually one missing bracket, control head, or lightbar part away from losing hours they do not have. Upfitter Supply Co. exists to close that gap. Whether you join is up to you.

Why we are building this

The goal is not to make this industry more complicated.

We are building this network to help upfitters, agencies, and suppliers save time, move useful equipment, and get back to the real work. Maybe you join. Maybe you do not. That is up to you.

This industry is brutal. It is niche, parts are hard to find, good technicians are hard to find, and everyone is usually one missing bracket, speaker, control head, lightbar part, or mounting kit away from losing hours they do not have. Upfitter Supply Co. is built to close that gap, not to add another thing to manage.

If you do use it, use it in good faith. Hopefully, everyone can save time, move useful equipment, make some money where it makes sense, and get back to the real work.

Be honest. Be fair. Do not make the work harder than it already is.

Who joins

Join as a supplier, seller, agency, or inventory holder.

This is not a free-for-all. You join for a reason, and you tell us how you plan to use it.

Upfitters & dealers

Answer part requests when you have what a shop needs, and list your overflow so dead inventory meets live demand. Use one, use both, or ignore the requests that do not fit.

Answer requests · list overflow

Agencies

List surplus and submit stored equipment for review. Turn a storage room of take-off gear into recovered value for the department, without running your own resale operation.

List surplus · submit stored gear

Private sellers

Individuals are welcome to submit parts they hold. Private-seller accounts and listings may be reviewed before certain features go live, so the network stays clean for everyone.

Network rules

Six things that keep this working.

Follow the golden rule and we will be fine. These are the lines that protect every honest shop and agency on the desk.

Accurate listings

List only what you own or control. Do not list parts you cannot actually supply.

Honest condition

State real condition. If it is used, damaged, or missing pieces, say so up front.

No bait-and-switch

The part you list is the part you deliver, at the price you set. No swaps, no surprise increases.

No false availability

Do not fake stock to harvest requests or test pricing. If it is not real, do not post it.

No undercutting a match

Once the network makes a match, do not cut around it to dodge the process after the work is done.

No restricted or unlawful use

Do not use the network to move equipment for unlawful purposes or against agency, fleet, or legal restrictions.

Our commitment to you

What we owe the people using the network.

This network only works if people can trust it. Our commitment is simple: keep the information clean, the process fair, and the work useful. We are not here to waste your time, flood your inbox, hide the ball, or make this industry harder than it already is.

We will not flood your inbox

We send requests that fit what you carry or told us you can help with. Have the part, respond. If you do not, ignore it. That is fine.

We respect your price

We will not sell your item below the number you approved, and we treat your inventory seriously.

We will not fake your part

We will not pretend your part is something it is not, or knowingly send a buyer bad information just to force a sale.

We keep it honest for buyers

For buyers and agencies, we confirm what we can, document condition where possible, give honest availability, and tell you when something is uncertain.

We will not overpromise

We cannot promise every part is found or every listing sells. What we can promise is a standard of good faith, clean information, and useful work.

This network only works if people can trust it. Our commitment is simple: we will try to keep the information clean, the process fair, and the work useful. We are not here to waste your time, flood your inbox, hide the ball, or make this industry harder than it already is.

If you join the network, we will do our best to send you requests that make sense for what you carry, what you sell, or what you told us you can help with. We will not expect you to answer every request. If you have the part, respond. If you do not, ignore it. That is fine.

If you list surplus, we will treat your approved price and your inventory seriously. We will not sell your item below the number you approved. We will not pretend your part is something it is not. We will not knowingly send a buyer bad information just to force a sale.

If you are a buyer or agency, we will try to make the sourcing process clearer. That means confirming what we can, documenting condition where possible, giving honest availability, and telling you when something is uncertain instead of acting like every answer is final.

We cannot promise that every part can be found. We cannot promise that every listing will sell. We cannot promise that every seller, buyer, agency, or supplier will be perfect. But we can promise that the standard of the network is good faith, clean information, and useful work.

The point is to help upfitters, agencies, suppliers, and inventory holders save time, move useful equipment, recover value where possible, and get back to the real work.

Look, we all have enough going on. The full Terms and Conditions live at upfittersupplyco.com/terms, and those are the terms that govern this network. But the basics are simple: be honest, be fair, and do not make the work harder than it already is.

If you follow the golden rule, we should be fine. Tell the truth about what you have. Do not list parts you do not own or control. Do not fake availability. Do not misrepresent condition. Do not try to cut around a confirmed match after the network did the work. Do not use this platform to waste people's time, confuse buyers, dodge payment, or create problems for shops and agencies that are just trying to get vehicles finished.

The goal of Upfitter Supply Co. is not to make this industry more complicated. It is to build something useful for upfitters, agencies, suppliers, and the people trying to keep public safety and fleet vehicles moving. We are building this network to help. Maybe you join, maybe you do not. But if you do use it, use it in good faith, so everyone can save time, move useful equipment, and get back to the real work.

No fees, no commitment. Requests come by email, and you reply with a price only when you have the part.

You are in.

You can start now. To keep the network clean, some accounts, listings, and seller details may be reviewed before every feature is fully active. Here is the number that runs it all.

Your account number

Save it somewhere you will find it. It is your key to sell, track, and get paid, and you will use it on the surplus page to list a part today.

List a part to sell

Straight answers

What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No membership fee, no listing fee. We earn a commission only when a part you supply actually sells.

Who should join?

Suppliers, sellers, agencies, and inventory holders. Upfitters and dealers, agencies with surplus, and private sellers who hold parts. If you hold or can source emergency and fleet equipment, the desk can use you.

Do you review accounts?

You can submit today. We may review accounts, listings, and seller information before activating certain features, so buyers can trust what they find here.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. Some members only list surplus, some only answer requests, some do both. You told us which on the way in, and you can change it anytime.

How do I get paid?

Once a sale closes, we coordinate the payout by your preferred method. You set your price up front, and we never sell below it.

Where are the full terms?

Right here: upfittersupplyco.com/terms. The plain-English summary is on the form above, but the full document governs.

Maybe you join. Maybe you do not.

Either way, we are building this so the next stalled build has somewhere to turn. If it helps you, use it in good faith.
